Abstract

Over the years, information technology (IT) has emerged as a key technology influencing developments in various civilian and military fields. Internet is at the heart of any IT architecture. Internet is the most valuable global resource which significantly impacts human life in general and social, economic and military activities in particular. At present, there are various apprehensions about security, interoperability and flexibility of the existing Internet ecosystem
