This chapter mainly discusses the data and features of Chinese cybercitizens, including their behavior and psychological characteristics; believes that the new media is challenging the theory of the “spiral of silence”; points out that Chinese cybercitizens have become popular; and studies on the unique “20 million phenomenon” in China and the “Matthew effect” of the attention of cybercitizens.
