Skin mycobacterial infection is still a big issue for the clinicians even today. This chapter comprises borderline tuberculoid leprosy, hypertrophic lupus vulgaris, tuberculosis verrucosa cutis, swimming pool granuloma, cutaneous anthrax, pitted keratolysis, and trichomycosis axillaris.
