The Reinvestment Process in a Mass Where Each Capital Object Has a Determined Life-Time
Let us suppose that at a given point of time, t = 0, a certain reinvestment takes place, consisting in the first place of a quantity f(1) of the kind of capital object that has to be renewed one year after installation, and secondly a quantity f(2) of the kind of capital object which must be renewed two years after installation, etc. For the sake of brevity, we call them one-year objects, two-year objects, etc. This does not mean that at a point of time t=0 these objects were respectively one or two years old, but simply refers to the durability character of the objects.
