The Dublin Conference
Dublin’s fair city lived up to its name when it welcomed over 1500 lawyers and their guests to the Twelfth IBA Conference — July 8–12, 1968. This was a record attendance for an IBA Conference. But room was found for all and a warm and friendly welcome was extended. The conference was blessed with the most pleasant Irish summer in many years. The sun was shining brightly when Conferees and their guests were gaily piped into the opening session on Monday morning.
