Abstract

The results of calculations on the model GEM-10R for all eight Scenarios are presented in Figure 7.1. Recall the assumption made: a higher level of energy consumption for Scenarios 1–6; a nuclear moratorium for Scenarios 2 and 4; constraints of CO2 emissions that are rigid for Scenarios 3, 4, and 5, moderate for Scenarios 6 and 7, and soft for Scenario 8. Moderate constraints on nuclear energy (NE) development are introduced in Scenarios 5, 7 and 8.
