Abstract

Energy demand forecasting is an indispensable and a very important component of studies on the long-term energy development at all territorial levels, i.e. national, regional, global. Forecasts are made on the base of different approaches and methods in all energy studies, starting from the works of the Club of Rome [71] and IIASA [2].
