Stomachirurgie bei Patienten mit Colitis ulcerosa

Zusammenfassung

Die operative Therapie der Colitis ulcerosa ist in allen Fällen mit einer temporären oder permanenten Ileostomaanlage verbunden. Die häufigsten Konstellationen sind: endständiges Ileostoma nach Kolektomie, protektives Loop-Ileostoma im Rahmen der Ileumpouch-Anlage und endständiges Ileostoma bei Unmöglichkeit einen Pouch anzulegen oder zu erhalten. Generell weisen die Colitis-ulcerosa-Patienten mit endständigem Ileostoma eine sehr gute Lebensqualität auf, die mit dem Ileumpouch vergleichbar ist. Die Anlage und die Rückverlagerung des protektiven Ileostomas im Rahmen der Pouchanlage sind dagegen mit überdurchschnittlichen Morbidität vergesellschaftet.
