Diagnostischer Einsatz bei anderen gynäkologischen Erkrankungen

Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel wird der diagnostische Einsatz der Dopplersonographie bei bestimmten gynäkologischen Erkrankungen dargestellt. Zuerst werden Pathologien in der Schwangerschaft im I. Trimenon erläutert, dazu gehören die Extrauteringravidität, der Abortus, Trophoblasttumoren und die Gestational Trophoblastic Neoplasia. Danach werden Einsatzmöglichkeiten der transvaginalen Farbdopplersonographie bei Pathologien des Uterus beschrieben. Diese werden bei gutartigen Endometriumsveränderungen (Endometriumspolypen und Endometriumshyperplasie), bei Leiomyom und Adenomyom sowie bei Malignomen des Uterus dargestellt, zu denen das Endometriumkarzinom, das Leiomyosarkom und das Zervixkarzinom gehören.
