Was ist gesichert in der Langzeittherapie des peptischen Ulkus?

Zusammenfassung

Obwohl die Häufigkeit und der Schweregrad der Ulkuskrankheit (Ulcus ventriculi, ulcus duodeni) gegenüber früheren Jahren deutlich abgenommen haben, und obgleich die akuten Krankheitsbilder spezifisch und wirksam therapiert werden können, besteht aufgrund der Rezidivneigung ein Bedarf nach einem schlüssigen Konzept zur Rezidivprophylaxe. Dieses muß besonders Fragen der Langzeittoxizität und der Patientencompliance berücksichtigen.
