Die pulmonale Zirkulation bei Lungenfibrose

Zusammenfassung

Im Verlauf der Entwicklung interstitiell-fibrotischer Lungenerkrankungen werden die Lungengefäße sekundär Opfer degenerativer Umbauvorgänge. In der nachfolgenden Arbeit werden pathologisch-histologische und pathophysiologische Prozesse, die an den Pulmonalgefäßen angreifen oder ablaufen übersichtlich dargestellt und in ihrer Konsequenz gewertet. Außerdem werden Kriterien entwickelt, die als prognostische Parameter aus den Befunden genutzt werden können.
