Zusammenfassung

Zugleich im Namen von Herrn Remy darf ich sie recht herzlich begrüßen und mir einige Bemerkungen zum Thema erlauben. Der Unterschied zu den anderen Symposien dieses Kongresses scheint mir in der Tatsache zu liegen, daß die Dermatologie nur einen begrenzten Anteil an der hier zu behandelnden Materie besitzt. Die Mastzelle und jene Substanzen, welche in bzw. von dieser hochdifferenzierten Zelle synthetisiert, gespeichert (?) und sezerniert werden, interessieren ebenso sehr den Physiologen, den chemischen Physiologen, den Pharmakologen, den Pathologen wie den klinischen Internisten, den Hämatologen, den Röntgenologen und nicht zuletzt den Dermatologen, der ja den überwiegenden Teil der Kranken als erster zu beobachten Gelegenheit hat. Es ist also ein Gebiet, welches weit über den Rahmen unseres Faches hinausgreift. Wir haben diesem Punkt Rechnung getragen, indem Referenten und zur Diskussion aufgeforderte Vertreter fast all jener Disziplinen hier anwesend sind.
