Instalment Credits in a Model of Vertically Differentiated Consumer Durables

In markets for consumer durables, suppliers often provide ‘pay as you use’ services to their customers. These services include credit and leasing offers. At the same time, consumer credits are also offered independently by banks with no links to suppliers of durables.
