Moiré patterns from metal lattices

Abstract

The work on the observation of moiré patterns from overlapping metal films carried out by the authors (1,2) has already been described in part (3). In this contribution a few of the more important aspects in relation to the application of the techniques to studying dislocations are considered in more detail.
