Zusammenfassung

Im 2. Band seiner „Pollen and Spore morphology/Plant taxonomy“ bringt Erdtman eine größere Zahl von Sporenbildern auch von Moosen, die besonders bei den Lebermoosen recht auffällige und für die systematische Gliederung wertvolle Skulpturen bieten. Bei den Laubmoosen fallen die Unterschiede weit weniger ins Auge. — Terasmae konnte auch für die Sphagna recht brauchbare Differenzen zwischen den Sporen verschiedener Arten ausfindig machen.
