Zusammenfassung

Trizyklische Antidepressiva (TAD), wie das Amitriptylin, aber auch das Clomipramin, Imipramin usw. weisen eine ganze Reihe von phamakologischen Eigenschaften auf, wobei letztendlich nicht geklärt ist, welcher dieser pharmakologischen Eigenschaften oder welcher Kombination ihrer pharmakologischen Wirkungen der gesicherte antidepressive Effekt zuzuschreiben ist.
