Unusual Behaviour of the Indium Hyperfine Interaction of FeIn Pairs in Silicon

Abstract

The orthorhombic Fein spectrum shows in opposit to the other Fe-acceptor pairs in silicon a very complicated hyperfine structure. Especially for one main direction an unusual twofold splitting of four of the ten In-hyperfine lines is observed. The whole spectrum could be successfully explained by the direct diagonalization of the corresponding eigenvalue problem.
