Proton Spin-Lattice Relaxation in Fe/py/3Cl3·py

Abstract

The organometallic complex ferric tripyridine chloride pyridine /refered to as FTPC-P/ started a new class of low dimensional molecular crystals. The pyridine ligand molecules and pyridine molecules are packed in crossing stacks along the b and c axis of the crystal [l]. This complex exhibits a metallic conductivity along the b and c axis only, becames a superconductor below TC=8 K and shows antiferromagnetic ordering below TN=3.6 K [2].
