Coupling of Rotational Motions at Phase Transitions in Tetrabutylammonium Tetrafluoroborate (C4H9)4 N BF4
Proton and fluorine second moment and spin-lattice relaxation times have been measured for tetra-n-butylammoniura tetrafluoroborate. An effect of convergence of the rotational frequencies of cations and anions at first order phase transitions is discovered.
