Zusammenfassung
Aeroalllergene (oder: Inhalationsallergene) werden seit vielen Jahren als Provokationsfaktoren atopischer Erkrankungen vermutet. Mittlerweile gilt es durch zahlreiche Untersuchungen als gesichert, daß sie eine ursächliche Rolle für das Asthma bronchiale spielen [1]. Im folgenden soll mit Pro- und Contra-Argumenten auf die Frage eingegangen werden, ob Aeroallergene bei Atopikern auch Ekzemschübe induzieren können. Dies erfolgt anhand von vier Aspekten:

Klinische Beobachtung,

Aeroallergen-Exposition,

Atopie Patch Test,
-
Allergenkarenz. Im wesentlichen werden die Innenraumallergene, vor allem die Hausstaubmilben-Allergene, berücksichtigt, da hierzu die meisten Daten vorliegen.
