Enthalpy of formation of Si-Tm (silicon-thulium) system

Abstract

This chapter provides the enthalpy of formation of Si-Tm (silicon-thulium) system.

Thermodynamics

Using the high-temperature direct synthesis calorimetrry at 1373 ± 2 K Meschel et al. [99Mes] succeeded in determining the values of the standard enthalpies of formation of compounds of this system. The results obtained are given in Table 1.
