Abstract
In 2007, the European Commission has commissioned a group of Experts to undertake the revision of Report RP91 on “Criteria for Acceptability of Radiological (including Radiotherapy) and Nuclear Medicine Installations”, which will be published soon. This paper introduces some of the concerns encountered in the diagnostic radiology section of the report and the approach adopted to establishing the criteria.
