Management of Soft Tissue Sarcoma
Sarcomas are rare mesenchymal tumors that usually present as a painless mass. Both histologic and anatomic assessments of the mass are critical to determine the treatment plan. Complete surgical resection remains the cornerstone of treatment for most sarcomas.
