Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Squamous cell carcinomas are generally localized cutaneous lesions treated with surgical excision. Patients with adenopathy or high-risk lesions may require additional treatment. Cutaneous squamous carcinomas are related to sun exposure, and patients should have lifelong follow-up and skin exams.
