Abstract

One particular problem shared among the majority of observers around the world is a constant, irritating, and unresolvable aspect of astronomy—the weather! A changeable climate can be downright infuriating, with everything seemingly so close at the end of an eyepiece, but because of the weather, remaining so far away from observation. For many, their astronomical interest will be dictated by the elements, which is why, if an opportunity arises to escape a poor climate for a time, one might well consider this change of scenery in order to enjoy a much different perspective of the night sky.
