Know Your Entrepreneurial Self
Every entrepreneur should continue reflecting on his or her performance throughout their career. And, they should keep working to add to their negotiation and organizational leadership skills. This is best done by being explicit about one’s personal theory of practice and engaging the organization or team they work with to reflect jointly on their successes and failures, particularly their mistakes. In the Appendix, the book includes templates, checklists, worksheets and guidelines for charting personal and organizational progress.
