Ischaemia or Pseudoischaemia? The Memory Hypothesis Revisited

Ischaemia and pseudoischaemia differential diagnosis is a clinical practice challenge of utmost importance.

Three clinical cases are here reported where an accurate ECG observation and interpretation could suggest the proper diagnosis and exclude the wrong one.
