Argentina: Learning to Tango with Talent Management

Abstract

We discuss how the internal and external environment shape talent management strategy and connect with an overall strategic objective of a company in Argentina. We explore Argentinian companies and their talent management practices to gain a better understanding of how firms may become leaders using talent management.
