The Blackout During the Second World War

Wiggam establishes a case for the first single-volume study of the blackout since the end of World War II. He contends that the blackout allows us to compare Britain and Germany during the war despite their political and social systems. Wiggam also draws attention to the transnational phenomena of technological change in comparative analysis.
