Training and Testing for Elite Skiers
Alpine skiing is a sport spread all over the world. Several elements contribute to athletic performance: technical, tactical, psychological and physical. In this chapter we will analyse different training methods applied to elite alpine skiers and describe classical functional tests utilised to monitoring performance changes.
