Ventricular Septal Defects and Double-Chamber Right Ventricle

Abstract

A 24-year-old man presented with dyspnea on exertion (functional class II). Physical examination revealed a systolic ejection murmur at the left sternal border. Electrocardiography showed right axis deviation and right ventricular hypertrophy.
