Abstract

This chapter briefly summarizes the contribution of the book in the paradigm of the Cognitive Task Analysis using the Subjective Evidence-Based Ethnography and its integration within the paradigm of Knowledge Management. It suggests the SEBE/SPEAC protocol as a prerequisite for occupational training as a relevant and efficient method to provide input data in the aim of defining the training and pedagogical objectives of training sessions by clearly identifying the needs.
