Abstract

How we speak about any subject is important because it reflects and influences how we think about it. And it is generally recognized that it is notoriously difficult to think about quantum physics. I think this is due to two factors: the fundamental role played in it by a probability theory with no underlying deterministic theory and the representation of time as a parameter instead of a self-adjoint operator.
