Diversity Leadership of Students in International Program at Thai University

This study investigated diversity leadership from the perspective of university students by consideration whether they hold Thai or other attitudes with empathising to different attitudes, understanding benefits from diversity, and recognising actions in the context of inequality decrease. The goal in this research is to contribute the result to research in the field of diversity study and for development students and international program in Thai University. For the aim and goal, the data is gathered during May 2019 from 100 students in the international program of International College at King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) in Thailand. The students have been studying for Bachelor Degree, their ages are between 18–23 years old, and the gender divisions are 50 male and 50 female students. The analysis methods include measuring attitudes/behaviors about diversities by using scaling questions based on exploratory research for further analyses with Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) for reliability by SPSS and Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) for validity by AMOS.
