Abstract

Floppy eyelid syndrome (FES) is described as easily everted upper eyelids and associated papillary conjunctivitis. It can lead to many serious ocular and systemic complications, and ophthalmologists should be aware of it because of the strong associations and potential systemic hazards. The treatment of the ocular problems is usually surgical.
