Orbital injuries are common in maxillofacial traumas. Proper and systematic assessment is mandatory to detect any subtle lesion and should be done as soon as life-saving measures are taken. Proper understanding of the anatomy, possible problems and their mechanisms is of utmost importance for proper management. Early reconstruction is desirable as late repair is a challenge
