Abstract

This chapter discusses staffing for medical simulation labs, whether you are affiliated with an academic institution or a standalone facility in a small rural setting. Identifying your needs, availability in budgets for staffing, and choosing what positions meet the needs of your simulation lab are essential in meeting your customers’ needs and the success of your lab. This chapter discusses key roles/personnel of a simulation lab.
