In contemporary science, much prominence is given to the problems of the formation of organizations and their effective functioning. The processes and methods of organization administration are addressed in both foreign and Russian studies. This paper analyzes the main studies that contain historical, social philosophical and economic philosophical approaches to such concepts as cooperation and corporation. In this context, the works of such foreign authors as Marx, K., Tönnies, F., Durkheim, E. (Durkheim 1996; Tönnies 1994) are of great importance. From among Russian researchers, we should distinguish Mikhail Ivanovich Tugan-Baranovsky, Chayanov, A.V., Prokopovich, S.N. et al. (Tugan-Baranovsky 1989; Prokopovich 1919; Chayanov 2006).
