The article is devoted to the issues of state support for digital transformation in logistics. The authors focus on the issues of strategic and tactical actions of the state that are aimed at increasing the efficiency of digital logistics. It is shown that preconditions for digital transformation of logistics are created at the sectorial and state levels. The purposes of state support for digital logistics are predetermined by the measures that are envisaged by the programs of strategic development of the country and regions, necessity for execution of state functions and responsibilities, and execution of international obligations by the government bodies. The task of the state is to take into account favorable preconditions of digitization and to create conditions for their implementation in the spheres and regions of the country. Thus, the problem of transformation of institutional environment digital logistics appeared. The authors substantiate the necessity for formation of digital logistics as an institutional structure, which performed the integrating and regulating role in the hybrid (virtual and real) world. Emergence of new institutes and transformation of the existing ones, predetermined by digital transformation of logistical activities, predetermined the topicality of this research.
