Completion Proctectomy and Ileal Pouch-Anal Anastomosis, Diverting Loop Ileostomy
This chapter describes the surgical procedure for completion proctectomy, ileal pouch-anal anastomosis, diverting loop ileostomy as performed by the following approaches: open and laparoscopic.
