The most frequent request of the maxillofacial cosmetic surgeon is to improve the neck and jawline. The relationship between the bone, muscle, fat, and skin establishes the cervicomental angle. This chapter details the surgical options in management and complications associated with the correction of the aging neck and the poorly defined cervicomental angle.
