Abstract

Applied organisational neuroscience is reaching a stage of integrated knowledge where it becomes possible to specify what an engaged, agile, creative and responsive organisation would look like. This final chapter proposes the elements of such an organisation, including the qualities of the leader, and is exemplified by accounts of some existing organisations that have established themselves with such elements.
