Summary and Outlook
Employees, like most people, want to be part of a community, to feel belonging and comfortable, and for this they need a harmonious working environment that supports them in their work in the best possible and holistic way. Everyone is talking about well-being and the right support at work, and this is the prerequisite for a new working environment in which employees are motivated, can perform well, make the right decisions quickly and well, and in which communication and exchange within the team work well. Employers have a duty to take care of their employees and to provide them with the best possible support in fulfilling their tasks. They play the role of a “caretaker” who also cares about their health, both physically and mentally and supports employees in maintaining or, if necessary, improving their health.
