Abstract

About 10–20% of patients with ataxia-telangiectasia (A-T) will develop malignancy and about 85% are lymphoreticular malignancies

The most common abnormal lab test in patients with A-T is high levels of serum alpha-fetoprotein

Decreased IgA level is the most abnormal immunologic finding
