Radiated Field Strength from Radiating Elements

  • George M. Kunkel

The radiating elements are specifically configured wires attached to a fiberglass board. The purpose of testing the radiating elements is to (1) verify that the electromagnetic wave radiating from a transmission line pair of wires is generated by displacement current created by the difference in voltage between the wire pair and (2) prove that the impedance of high impedance sources of a wave provides the same level of impedance.
