Model of Estimation of Territorial Peculiarities of Innovative Development of Socio-Economic Systems

Abstract

The article diagnoses the innovative development of the regional socio-economic system and assesses it taking into account the consideration and analysis of organizational and managerial relations that arise as a result of the interaction of authorities and management of socio-economic mesosystems with science and business in the current conditions of modernization of industries and fields of activity. An indicative model of evaluation of the regional innovation system - “Innomobile”, which allows to diagnose a number of key characteristics of the innovative economy of the economy in a static and dynamic display, and the indicators used, unlike most of the existing techniques, are positioned at an average rate of sustainability and performance. The model is characterized by a combination of basic blocks, including scientific and educational, innovation and implementation, investment and business-demographic factors, which are transformed into a generalized value (GRP per capita).
