Determining the Order of Creation of Complex Technical Objects (Products) on the Example of Cases of Various Electrical Appliances Taking into Account Structural, Composite and Economic Factors

Studies show that the economic component of production currently has the following features: consumers prefer durable products, and less expensive, but also more operational short-term products. As practical experience shows, should be considered notional simplicity in the creation of certain goods (appliances) when the configuration of all developed parts, electronic parts, etc. would be ideal to strive for rectangular, round form, i.e. the product in General will have the form of a parallelepiped, a cylinder, and their combinations will be used. The main provisions of product design from a technical and economic point of view: - for the consumer, the price of the product is often crucial; products should be designed in a modular manner; the product should be “divided” into separate components, which are simple shapes (cube, cylinder, etc.). This allows, on the one hand, to get an economic effect on production, and, on the other hand, to divide production into simpler stages; economic calculations show that the production of aluminum products in Russia, especially in modern conditions of sanctions, is reasonable; aluminum-the best material for many products, as it combines a beautiful structure, ease of processing, suitable for many areas of production, is positively perceived by consumers with different views on the aesthetics of the product.
