Abstract

In this thesis, we have proposed temporal modelling techniques for customer behaviour analysis, which are based on temporal collaborative filtering and stochastic processes. We have conducted four case studies on a large-scale real-world supermarket health program. The datasets used in our case studies include supermarket transaction records, surveys of customers’ demographic and health information, and activity logs of the supporting website.
