Abstract

The SCAPS simulation has been used by implementing the CTS material. The effect of i-ZnO and its thickness was important to do the optimization. CdS can be a good buffer layer in this design. The effects of various layer thicknesses, different temperature of CTS as absorber layer, and different thickness of ZnO had been simulated.
