Quadricuspid Aortic Valve

Quadricuspid aortic valve (QAV) is a rare congenital disorder; clinical presentation depends on the functional condition of valve, which is mainly regurgitant. This case illustrates this rare anomaly. Patient is a 38 years old gentleman presented with shortness of breath and a diastolic murmur, he was found to have quadricuspid aortic valve and moderate aortic regurgitation.
